The Cold Stress for All Industries online safety course from ClickSafety is an intermediate-level training designed to teach participants to anticipate, recognize, evaluate, and control hazards associated with cold stress. ClickSafety’s Cold Stress for All Industries provides essential training for identifying and controlling cold stress hazards in the workplace. Upon successful completion of this course, participants will:

  • Know how to recognize the causes, signs, and symptoms of hypothermia, frostbite, frostnip, chilblains, trench foot, and more.
  • Understand and identify cold stress prevention measures, strategies, and techniques.
  • Identify what to do when cold stress occurs.
  • Be well-versed in OSHA cold stress protocols, as well as additional safety guidelines.

All course participants must complete the full course to receive 0.1 CEU credits. Participants must achieve a score of 80% at each knowledge checkpoint and fill out the course evaluation to receive his or her certificate of completion. Upon successful completion, participants will receive a course completion certificate showing the CEUs earned that may be printed at any time.
